Roadmap – We will define a roadmap to keep track of the process and monitor our achievements and create clear “milestones”.

It begins – We start working for you and rapport periodically so we can act and adapt quickly if needed. We deliver according to the defined milestones and work towards the required results.

Evaluate (periodically) – In between predefined milestones and at the end of the assignment we look back and discuss our cooperation, KPI’s, results and lessons learned. We will discuss next steps to keep the momentum.
